Leadership Style
I'm a big believer in innovation, teamwork, and leading with transparency. In a world which is now undergoing digital transformation at a torrid pace, I believe pushing the envelope and learning new ways to work are essential for success. I’m a participatory leader, and I truly try to balance being both people and task-oriented.
I value clear communication — I want to provide my team and colleagues guidance and direction, but also encourage feedback because their perspectives and opinions matter and should be taken into account. I know that good ideas can come from anywhere. I empower individuals and believe that people at all levels should have a voice. I want people to challenge, motivate, and inspire me as much as I hope to do to them.
I am naturally quick to lead in group settings, yet I sincerely want to listen and learn from as many people as I can, from both their success and failures.
Attention to detail is huge for me -- I know that big dreams take a lot of diligence and hard work to make a reality. I love to compete and challenge myself. I bring my A-game every day. Every. Single. One.
